Steve White Productions

Steve been working as a multimedia professional since 1993.  Before that he worked with the Cineplex Odeon Corporation managing the theater chain in North Carolina for several years.  He also worked in management for the Action Video chain.

A passion for film has always been always a driving force in career in education choices for Steve.  He studied cinema at UNC Greensboro, before working on several independent features in the early 1990's.  Then, in 1994, Steve teamed up with Walt Bost to write, produce, direct and edit thier first feature film - Immortal.  Set in Chapel Hill, NC and shot on 35mm film, Immortal  enjoyed a brief theatrical release and was later released on videotape.  In the Spring of 2006, Immortal was re-released on a special DVD including behind the scenes footage and other extras. 

In 1995, Steve began working with the cutting edge media production and experiential space design firm VisionFactory.  At a time when interactive technology and the internet were still in their infancy, VisionFactory produced an astounding number of hi-tech productions and experiential spaces for many of the world's top technology firms.  VisionFactory clients included Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems, Raytheon, and EDS.  Between 1995 and 2001 Steve served as the Director to the film and video department for VisionFactory.  His duties included directing, script writing and genral production management of a variety of educational, training, documentary and entertainment projects.
